Went to a career interest meeting and after giving them my resume I was asked to meet on campus, where I met with a current drilling engineer for over 45min. The line of questions were very formal but also open ended.
Multiple rounds, more about personality and mindset than technical. They can teach you. Be wary of work/life balance or lack thereof. They make you feel like you will be super important right of the bat. Not the case. Poor company culture. Lots of complaining

Interview
Interviewed with multiple people in the same discipline as well as typical HR interview and VP. Most of the questions they asked were typical big company questions to "check the box".
