I applied through university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at ExxonMobil in Oct 2013
Interview
I was contacted by a recruitment team coming to campus that invited me to come interview with the team. I scheduled a time with the team through my university Career Center and on the day of the interview, I was walked to the interview room with an employee and was interviewed by a panel of the recruitment team.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There was a lot of behavioral questions, no specific question jumps out as difficult, so I would recommend doing some reflection on your strengths, weaknesses and experiences.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Buenos Aires) in Dec 2025
Interview
Horrible they lied to me and several other candidates about the process and their plans. They still offered me the position which I turned down because I didn’t feel it was worth it.
The interview was a panel interview where they mostly asked questions about a project that I shared. I did not get the chance to ask any questions. The interview lasted about an hour in person.
