I had an online interview, usual boring questions as mostly interviews have. One authorized didn't eager to tell things clear which are important. No one only the most important in this world. ExxonMobil is a prestigious company, things should be more professionally for my opinion.
Applied online. After couple of weeks, I got invited for the interview with HR and hiring manager. This was an entry-level job. The interview wasn't difficult and I was asked general questions. For example, what do you know about the company, why are you applying for this position and asked about my education background.
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at ExxonMobil (Prague) in Aug 2024
Interview
Very easy going got asked the usual motivational questions and language skills assessment 2 rounds of interviews , in the end there’s a task assignment you have to solve within 5 minutes
I applied to ExxonMobil for a finance entry level position but I was offered to proceeded with the customer service representative. The interview was scheduled by email and it wasn’t difficult. I was asked Excel pivot tables and tell about previous customer service experience.
