Interview
Straightforward, mostly behavioral in nature. Discussed experience working within teams on projects and bringing creative solutions to problems. Lasted about forty minutes spread over about six different questions. Within each question, they recommended you use the STAR method to answer.

Question 1
What role do you normally take when on a project team?
Very chill experience, felt like a get to know you conversation with the managers who were very nice, mainly asked standard behavioural questions like Why ExxonMobil, asked about your resume
The interview was in person, 1 hour, one on one. It was overwhelming at first but the interviewer was really nice. It was difficult to make a connection with her though,
- talked to the engineers at career fair, they treated it as the first round of interview
- managed to get to the final round
- mostly behaviourial and fit questions
