Pretty standard questions and ask about background and strengths. It took about 30 minutes and it was for XTO Energy sub so I’m not sure if Exxon process is much different

Star method. Panel interview. Mostly straightforward questions outside if hr provided questions. One of the panel acted like they wished they couldve been anuwhere else. No follow up steps or timeline given. After interview, no replies to any email. All correspondence comes from a different person making it difficult to follow up.
