Sent off application and was asked to undertake online tests. The application is then reviewed and then was asked to undertake a skype interview. the interview consisted of basic behavioural questions for 20-25 minutes. Friendly interviewers, helped you along the way - didn't try to catch you out.

Tell me about a time when you had to deal with someone in a group who was being uncooperative/wasn't engaging with the group.
Met a representative from Exxon Mobil at my school’s virtual career fair. Was asked basic questions about my prior experience. Selected to interview with another employee from Exxon Mobil for the final round. Was asked a lot of behavioral questions and a few about my past projects and experience.
