Interview
First round interview consisted of two parts. The first part was a resume walk and questions about your experience. The second half consisted of about 15 behavioral questions. They asked if I was mobile which means are you relocatable.

On campus interview for first round. Fly back to Houston for second round interviews (Three 1:1 interviews). Interviews questions are standard behavior based questions (Tell me about a time when...)

They ask about why you are interested in oil & gas/energy industry? Why Exxon? How do you feel about a career in Houston/Gulf Coast area?
Tell me about a time you have to pivot or change on a project you were working on. Most questions were the typical behavior based interview questions. Interviewers are not trying to intimidate your or trip you up, but trying to get to know who you are and how you work.

It was a very quick process. I interviewed with 2 recruiters and that evening they called me to offer the job. EM tends to offer jobs quickly and early on in the recruiting season to get people before they have other offers.
