I received a call from their recruiter for the position saying that I have been shortlisted for this role. I communicated every small detail like current ctc, expected ctc and other important details.
I was able to crack first two technical rounds.
Then comes the Final interview with Director, the hr scheduled it and when i joined the meeting at scheduled time no body joined and i tried reaching out to her on phone and her phone was switched off and I waited for whole one hour, after that i received a call from her saying she will schedule it on another day.
Exact Same thing happened on Next scheduled date as well.
Interview happened after the third rescheduling.
Final round went well, Director said their team will reach out me early next week.
After that I tried reaching out to hr multiple times, but even after 10 days she said that she has no update neither positive nor negative.
How can a company not have any kind of update after 10 days.
After that she ghosted me completely and stopped replying to my mails and calls.
I tried reaching out to their head of global talent acquisition after 1 month, got the same response from her as well.
Only interview with them if you want to waste your time and go through mental stress and trauma. Because they will neither give negative output nor positive even after months
