Pre placement talk Group discussion (10 candidates in each group) Hr round ( interview with hr for around 5 mins) . Retail manager round ( sells interview for around 10 mins) .

Why are you interested in this role. Are you comfortable in travelling. How would you sell our products?
very easy and simple and too easy and not very interesting ...i won't do it again ....the process is too easy..the ngo I used to work with had much higher standards

There are two round 1) Gd process 2) Face to face interview . In Gd approx 10 candidates took participation and they select only 2. After that there will be F2F round . The question was totally based upon scenario.
