Its the most unprofessional interview I ever came across. They call me at 10 pm and ask me to come on a zoom call for interview. The people taking the interview had switched off their cams and asked me to keep my cam on over the zoom call. The first thing they ask you is to open your previous company accounts and give them all the data! The most un professional, unethical people I ever came across. Its a fraud!

With reporting manager, of about 30-45 mins, talks about KPIs, previous roles in Edtech, experience, checks analytical and training skills, management skills, CRM Skills, Sales Skills. Be confident, and smile.
The hiring process was pathetic and was conducted in a hapazard way. The HR, or whoever he was who conducted the interview, is an overconfident and yet a less knowledgeable person. I was glad to not get selected in the company. As I was from computer science background, he tried to ask me some questions from computer science. Please control your laughter as you read the questions he asked from CSE. I get it, that they are sales people. Then why are they even trying to ask a question from computer science domain, that too wrong questions. They also are rejecting people not on the basis of English speaking skills, but because of not knowing the answers to their ridiculous questions.
