Applied on line. Received a phone call from recruiting 2 weeks later brief interview. How much experience do you have? That sort of thing. Less than a week I received another phone interview with district manager explaining the expectations and she also ask the typical interview questions. Before ending the call she confirmed that I had the job. Best advice ask for 43k and go from there.
There was no phone screen, just a call to confirm interview availability. One interview with store manager at the store. Basic questions about experience and expectations. Called with an offer shortly thereafter.
It was conducted in the back office of an Express store. It was an hour long. I did not have to do a second interview. They were hiring for multiple positions at multiple locations.

Standard. Interview with the Store Manager, followed by a District Manager interview. The questions were what you would expect, just had to wait a couple weeks to get in for the District Manager interview.
