Interview
Received a phone call for an interview. Went to the store, was promptly brought to the back. The interview was very easy and relaxed and informal. The other people working there seemed to like the manager. Later I was told I was hired because I smiled so much which makes me wonder about the true "qualifications" for any job there.
I first applied online, and then I got an interview date and time, and then I went into the location for the interview. After that I just waited for a little bit of time and then I was sent an offer that I signed
Applied online, interviewed in person the next day. Interview was basically a vibe check. More important to apply during peak season (early spring or early fall) when they're hiring the most. Make sure you have availability on the weekend.
Easy and straight forward interview. They ask for your availability and if have fashion experience. Also, asks about previous sales and customer service experience. The job itself is not hard at all.
