It was a very standard retail interview. There isn't anything specific to note. Easy, comfortable, simple. Standard preparation is recommended. I love the Express brand, and have for many years, so it was easy for me to use that as a talking point.
I applied online. I interviewed at Express (Memphis, TN) in Aug 2014
Interview
It was a pretty easy going process. I sent in application online, had a short phone call, and then set up a time to meet in person at the store. Within a week, I had received an offer, worked out pay rate, and accepted seasonal position. Management and other coworkers were very nice. Wish training was better but management was very open to questions and helped promptly.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Express (Christiana, DE)
Interview
It was quick and expected. Much like the standard interview for these types of jobs. I was greeted, felt welcomed and was able to ask questions. I wish I would have gotten a call back,
Group interview where one of the managers picked one or two of us while sitting in a group of 6 to answer questions at a time. Basic questions like how would you respond to a customer or what is a style recommendation.
