Interview
The interview process was very easy. They asked about previous retail experience and wanted to get to know me. They asked how I would do in their type of environment. Overall an easy interview.

How will your retail experience in the past prepare you for this role?
It was a very standard retail interview. There isn't anything specific to note. Easy, comfortable, simple. Standard preparation is recommended. I love the Express brand, and have for many years, so it was easy for me to use that as a talking point.

Interview
It was quick and expected. Much like the standard interview for these types of jobs. I was greeted, felt welcomed and was able to ask questions. I wish I would have gotten a call back,
Group interview where one of the managers picked one or two of us while sitting in a group of 6 to answer questions at a time. Basic questions like how would you respond to a customer or what is a style recommendation.
