Was a tutor previously so there is a scheme which allows the opportunity to interview internally for management positions- easy, friendly process with a great recruitment team. Easy to navigate- written application, then some video questions, some feedback from the team I used to work with and then a formal interview with recruitment and regional manager.

Very quick. 2 interviews: first one was telephone interview where they just asked you about your background and why you want to apply. the second one was a formal Teams one that also included a presentation task

In four sections based on the core beliefs, with scenario based questions for each and STARR questions. Interview with HR talent acquisition lead and area manager. Took 1 hour in length
