Applied online Phone call with some questions about me Assessment day - Exam, group game and one-to-one interview I applied several times to the graduate role and I was delighted when I finally got the phone call from your HR department and I was invited to the Assessment Day on Wednesday Jan 16th 2019. I took the day off work, I prepared myself for the Assessment Day and I had a very good feeling about how it went when leaving there on the day. However, I am very disappointed to say that I have since been completely ignored. I received no contact, no feedback and no word to let me know whether I had been successful or not. The graduates were supposed to be flying to South Africa for training last week and I got no feed back at all about my application and the emails that I sent to the person who gave me the details about the assessment day have been ignored. Obviously I was unsuccessful in the attempt but would it not have been proper to contact me and let me know this, rather than leave me waiting? There were 18 applicants on the day - I don't feel this is a large enough number to justify ignoring the unsuccessful applicants.
