The hiring process consisted of 3 stages: 1. The first stage was the online MCQ test. The test consisted of MCQ questions , in an online test. The test was for ASP.NET(C#) and SQL Server 2000 2. The second stage was the technical interview. The questions were asked about the core fundamentals of ASP.NET, SQL Queries and joins were also asked. This was followed by the questions on HTML and javascript as well 3. The third and last stage was the HR interview process
