One hour discussion with two sponsors for the Program with a sponsoring consultant. Review of my resume and work samples with an open discussion. Answered questions by sharing stories where I had solved similar challanges.

What is the toughest challenge you have faced in driving change in a company?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Experian (London, England) in Dec 2019
Interview
3 stage process:
1. Phone interview with HR
2. Phone interview with hiring manager
3. Face to face with a pre prepared presentation
Unfortunately did not hear back at all dispite me chasing for feedback. I did not get any response. Poor show after a candidate has invested so much.
