Telephonic interview of half an hour, followed by one hour face to face interview which included both technical and behaviour based question, there was also a 10 min presentation in the end.

Very systematic process. Was initially attended group interview for position graduate trainee. The focus mainly to see how we perform as a team and our problem solving skills. Assessed thru the group activity. Then after that have to answer coding question. And lastly 1-1 interview
