      Interview

It's a group interview where they tell you about the job and let you ask any questions you may have. Then a manager will take you aside one-by-one and do a more in-depth interview.

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Experian (Allen, TX) in Jun 2020

      Interview

The interview process was not bad. I set up a video interview over the phone with one of the hiring managers and she called via video chat and asked me a few standard interview questions you can prepare for on google. She assessed the interview right on the spot and provided information to prepare for the next phase of interviews with the hiring manager. We set a time for the video interview with the hiring manager and that video interview was about 30 min. long. Similar to the first interview the questions were looking for more of the STAR format and story telling about previous work related experiences. There were also some hypothetical ethical questions involved. Pretty to the point. I received a call within an hr after the interview with an offer.

      Question 1

If a friend asked you to do something for them as a special favor, would you bend the Experian policies just once to help your friend out with their credit?
