Exodus Senior Software Engineer interview questions

I was rejected on the take home assignment so I can tell you this. 1. First they say assignment would take 8 hours but it's practically impossible to do it within 8 hours. 2. There are bonus section as well, as I am sure, almost everyone who will be applying for the role would go for the bonus, so even though they call it bonus, I would recommend to not skip it For me, it took me more than a week to do the assignment, and then ended up spending couple of days on improving the assignment because till the time you don't hear back, you would want to keep on doing and keep on improving? Also, lot of things are open ended like UI and stuff, so good chunk of time also gets into thinking about these things.. I would've personally loved if they would've shared a figma of UI and the flow so that I don't have to think about these things. While, It seems fascinating that they pay crypto for assignment, but for me, I was disappointed that I invested so much time and got rejected (they can say but you won't be able to do assignment in 8 hours, even their engineers won't be able to do and then again you also need to do bonus section). Acknowledging that nothing was wrong on their part, it was me who decided to spend more than 8 hours
