Interview Experience:
I applied online and was contacted by their hiring partner, Summit Next. The process consisted of multiple rounds including a recruiter screening, English Versant test, CAP written and verbal tests, and finally the concluding interview.
With 8 years of customer support experience, I prepared thoroughly and cleared all the rounds successfully. During the final interview, I was asked about switching jobs — a common occurrence in the BPO industry where professionals typically change roles every 18 to 24 months due to limited internal mobility.
Despite meeting all expectations, I was rejected without any feedback. I reached out to both the recruiter and company management, but no one provided a valid explanation. The entire process took almost a month, and I was fully committed throughout.
This experience left me deeply frustrated. It’s disheartening to see such lack of respect for a candidate’s time and effort. Based on my experience, the company may be more inclined towards hiring freshers or those with less experience.

Be prepare for why do you want to change the job? Why have you changed your past jobs? What you are trying to achieve while working in customer support industry? Why are you working in this industry only?
This are all stupid questions they ask instead of your customer service skills and ability and process knowledge.
