Didn't really have a formal interview. Informal talk with the president for about 15 minutes. Discussed starting salary and dates. Sent to the clinic for a drug screening. Got a call a week later stating that everything is good to go. 2 weeks after that my supervisor was terminated and had to learn the operations without any formal training.
