Excellus BlueCross BlueShield Customer Service Representative interview questions

Fairly ok hiring process interview ok except some questions didn't seem to fit position more for management possibly. Submitted application had phone interview and then scheduled in person or 2nd interview. Second interview was a panel of interviewers asked what you knew about company any and questions about work experiences, history and hardship or adversity how you succeeded.
