I applied for a KGB call center with an application at the Burlington, NC office. I was called for an interview two weeks later. First, I was given personality, situational and typing tests on a PC. They were your standard questions focused on speed and accuracy. After successful completion, I was given a one on one interview. The questions were not focused on leadership or experience, but questions designed to see how fast you think on your feet. Ex. What would you say to a caller who continued to speak with broken english or an accent that you could barely understand? Speed of response is key here. I honestly thought I did well in the interview, although it was not my best interview. The interviewer seemed to dry to pick me apart and make me stumble every opportunity that I gave her. I have a freind with next to no work experience get hired there, but I was not as lucky.
