Excel Partners interview questions

Lack of communication, felt rushed and very unprofessional. Then when recruiter needed jobs to find for others came asking about company using recruiters. Also got me an interview and said I came close, first candidate didn’t work out so she ended up getting someone else the job. Unprofessional all around.

There will be a 3-step interview process: 1. to test analytical thought process. 2. Invited to pitch to see level of participation and engagement, presentation, etc. 3. Lastly, you will be asked to do some market research and submit a writing piece.
