I applied online through my college campus and the front office manager called me within a week to schedule an interview. He basically looked over my resume, told me what the job duties are, then showed me around the workplace. He basically sold me the job on the spot; I was told if I got the job I would receive a phone call later that week, but two hours later I was called and got offered the job. Before going to work there, you must pass a background check and drug test which could take up to a week.
