I've given a telephonic interview recruiter(Melissa Siah) has spend 45 minutes on call and feedback was good according to her, she was satisfied with the answers and don't see any issue however to get offer, In our company there is a policy before we offer any position candidate needs to give interview to three people in the company. Next round face to face with Rules Development Manager and Developer they are friendly explaining the working process no questions were pointed to me although I've asked around 4-5 questions. Same day another round of interview with recruiter not much questions asked formal management questions.
After the interview I've been told that final round will be with Directors if selected next week. I've requested please update me by this week the date time of the interview as I've been offered another position as this is front runner for me it would be great if I know the results.
Recruiter did not bother to update I had to call after three days and reply was I'm not able to get time from the director to arrange interview.
After a week still recruiter did not bother to update I had to call and the reply was we are not taking you as you are not the right candidate for this job. After spending 45 min telephone call interview then spending 3 hours face to face discussion this is the feedback.
Very disappointed with the approach by the recruiter In my opinion company should respect each candidates time and provide a valid feedback.
