It was very easy, applied, got contacted by recruiter, she asked a few questions and I got hired on to the company. I was impressed with the company and my supervisor.

A pretty smooth process. you get a call from a recruiter. First interview is done over skype with a recruiter and then the second is done with a field coordinator who has had experience in the field and would ask questions based on personality and explain the job to you
