ExaGrid Systems, Inc. Inside Sales Representative interview questions

I interviewed with the CEO, who was extremely unprofessional. He did most of the talking throughout the entire interview, which indicated that he likes to hear himself talk, and believes that he is always right about everything, not giving the person he’s supposedly interviewing a chance to speak. He was a poor listener, and I could tell from the onset that he wasn’t going to conduct a fair interview, due to his demeanor.
