The process was streamlined. I got in touch with the company through a college career fair. I talked to HR initially, which promptly put in touch with one of the engineers assigned to my case. I was then interviewed a couple times, both being behavioral and and not too formal. I had a great time getting to know the people, culture, and company overall.
