Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter who found my resume on Indeed.
Pro: The recruiter told me about other opportunities that may interest me and later I interviewed for that position.
Con: The recruiter was 20 minutes late to the phone interview. The recruiter looked at my resume for the first time halfway through the interview. After the interview, I was told a second behavioral interview would happen, but every week when I ask the recruiter, the recruiter says the behavioral recruiter will contact you soon. I am assuming that this interview will not move forward.

Question 1
I was asked how many years I had experience with X or questions on a scale from 1-10 how comfortable was I with Y. It felt like the recruiter was just checking boxes.
There were a few questions about specific positions from my resume , but it was very high level.
I had to give an hour long presentation and talk to 3-4 panels, overall it was a 4 hour interview. Couldn’t even email me to tell me I didn’t get the position. I reached out at least 4 times after the interview and I got ghosted.
Definitely not my best interview experience. I had speech impairment and the interviewer's reaction made me felt even worse about my performance. I have met interviewers from other companies who were much more understanding and supportive with me.
Mehrere Vorstellungen, insgesamt zwei Tage Vollzeit. halten von Präsentation (freie Themenwahl). Mehr als 5 Gesprächspartner. Umfangreich und Anstrengend. Tiefer Einblick in zukünftigen Job. Viel Bemühen seitens Arbeitgebers. Organisation sehr gut
