They sent me an email on my online application from a job board, then they set up a phone interview with me for the next day, that phone interview led to an in-person interview at the job location, a luxury hotel. I was offered the job at the interview, and told I would be receiving an offer letter by email the next day. Never received the offer letter, had to reach out twice to their HR department, never got a definitive answer as to why I was lied to about the offer. I have since found out that there’s a lot of discrimination in their hiring process, including ageism and against disabled individuals.

Very likely the interview went smooth and delightful. Q was very nice and understanding and know how’s to treat people with respect. The questions were clear and straight forward. I really hope to be on the team.
