Evolution Mining Senior Manager interview questions

The first Recruiter Interview was very casual, he was talking like someone down at the pub, it was not professional at all. Then the face to face interview - the hiring manager and HR person kept talking amongst themselves, very unprofessional and very rude. The company seems like there is not top talent there, they are not a top company and the people are below the middle of the pack. I've worked in some top companies and the calibre of people at Evolution is definitely not Top ASX quality. Very average personnel.
