I had three rounds interview, they took for about 2 weeks. The first two happens within a day. I was interviewed by my current manager who is Japanese. He asked me about my current position, my experiences in the field and why I want to leave my job. Next, I were interviewed by a Vietnamese who currently is a Bridge Engineer in our company. He asked me many technical questions about software development process as well as some emerging technologies such as Node.js, HTML5 API.. I did pretty good job at the first two rounds. So I entered the third and the last round in which 5 Japanese people interviewed me. This time 2 technicians interviewed me in English. They asked me more in-depth questions about database technique and server optimization. Of course I passed the last one and got two months of probation and finally reached the final contract.
