Interview
I met with the HR Manager to discuss my interest in the Everyday Living organization. We first discussed my desire for wanting to work with vulnerable adults and then transitioned into my work history/skill set. It was a very relaxed and personable interview. I left feeling like Everyday Living was a warm and caring group that I would like to be a part of.

Phone interview with HR.
In person interview (lasted 20 minutes with HR). Was mostly about my work experience, what I've liked about my previous positions and what I didn't like about them. Asked how I handle stress, what are my hobbies outside of work, what I look for in an employer.
Got a call back with in 2 days.

Interview
I answered a CL ad, and it was at their first house they ever opened. The owner of the company was very down to earth (so I thought) and I agreed with his philosophy (little did I know). It was rather unprofessional, as he chewed tobacco and kept spitting it in this CLEAR plastic bottle.
