A group interview followed by individual interview where you have to choose a celebrity to have dinner with and then defend why they would be best in a desert island scenario
15 minute phone call that led to a 3 hour group interview with about 30 others followed by a 30 minute individual interview. The group interview was extremely strange, including about an hour dedicated to roleplaying being a celebrity on a life boat arguing why they should stay on (WTF!? What does this have to do with sales?) If you're going to ask people to take 3 1/2 hours out of their lives please make it relevant to the job. If they're willing to waste time like that in an interview, I can't imagine the way they waste your time in the job.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Everpure (Chicago, IL) in Apr 2022
Interview
It was straight forward. They looked to see if you perform well in a team setting. The whole process took about three weeks and consisted of three interviews. The screening interview looked to see how well you could sell yourself, then the group interview stressed how willing you were to compete.
