After taking assessments from applying, there was a weird Zoom interview. The interviewer said they knew nothing about the position I was applying for, didn't review my resume, kept their camera turned off, and recorded the interview. It was very strange and I would never look for another job here after the interview experience. And it is also just disrespectful for potential candidates to do so much preparation to be treated that way. I can't remember any questions since it is so long after the fact, but they didn't even pertain to any skills. They were all weird personality based questions. I interviewed in May and they didn't even respond to me until now, mid October. Their response that I didn't make the cut was laughable almost 5 months later, since I've been employed for 3 months now at a more reputable solar company and making more than double the salary listed in Everlight's job description for the same role.
