The first round interview is mostly behavioral, with one very easy leetcode-style live coding question. Conducted by Champaign recruiter. Second round (final interview) consists of some high-level system design questions as well as more behavioral questions. Conducted by entry-level software engineer. All staff were very kind and personable throughout the process.
