Everest Engineering Lead Software Engineer interview questions

Initial chat with head of people & culture, then complete coding assessment and then have the first technical interview with an engineer. The first technical interview was a surface level discussion and didn't go into depth on the coding assessment that was completed. There was also no pairing session or a system design. The interviewer lacked the ability to hold an engaging and thorough discussion and relied on a basic list of questions. Tried multiple times to reach out to head of people & culture over email by was unsuccessful. Overall poor interview experience and wouldn't recommend.
