First initial phone screening was standard. Phone interview with the operations manager. Cool guy, seemed pretty relaxed and curious of my past. I was asked to come in for an interview and given a case study to present after my interview. Everybody was pretty cool, one of the guys was quite condescending. I interview with 3 separate people, all asked essentially the same questions. By the time my presentation came up, I was already pretty sick of talking. Gave a presentation to the ops manager, and a few higher ups. The manager seemed interested, the rest were on their phones pretty regularly. The company had a very cool vibe to it, definitely a startup feel. After all the energy and time we both spend, I never heard a single word from anybody within the company. I wish them the best of luck, but would hope their interview process was a bit more....refined.
