The interview process was very straightforward. It consisted of preparing an activity that you can go with children 5 to 12 years old. They were looking for a 5 minutes activity that touched on cooperation, team-spirit and respect. They evaluated on the candidate ability to provide clear instructions, being energetic and engaged, and group management abilities.
