The interview process was initially a group interview, which I understand to help weed out poor or fair candidates. The secondary interview was with the residential director - I should have picked up on all of her anti-social and unprofessional cues during the interview but I was motivated and excited to start somewhere new. It is an absolute shame that the current director is allowed to represent Everas because most of the time she comes off as rude, unapologetic/conceited, and she does NOT like questions.
