EverCommerce Account Executive interview questions

A month in a very slow 3 interview process with little to no feedback, I was then asked for references, who responded promptly with good feedback. However, after one week of silence after contacting my references I got no feedback, I reached out via email and received no response. A week later, I reached out once more asking for feedback and later that day they informed me via a generic email that they chose another candidate. This terrible experience has shown a lack of respect for my time and my references' time.
