Interview
3 aptitude tests and 2 interviews. It was a quick process, 2 of the day tests were easy. The writing test was 2 hrs and had tons of useless information. It requires you to write for two hours. I did not get any feedback, but I did get a prompt impersonal rejection after jumping through all the hoops. I would avoid this place, they expect you to use faulty AI to write demand letters from 500+ pages of convoluted medical records.

Interview
You are given an initial assessment, if you pass that, you are contacted for a phone screening. If you pass that, you are given ANOTHER 2-hour assessment and meet with the hiring manager. If you are not selected you do not get any feedback and you have invested several hours for free.

Super quick phone interview. Felt like they would be willing to take anyone who would put up with their requirements. Asked why I wanted to apply and for a run down of my experience.
