I applied through a referral and first had a short call with the recruiter who explained the process clearly. The next stage was a one hour in person interview at the office. The interviewers were welcoming and genuinely lovely people, and the conversation felt professional and comfortable.
I had prepared well about the company and its services. However, I had not fully prepared for some behavioural questions, which is where I struggled during the interview.
One downside of the process was that I never received an official rejection or follow up after the interview, so the outcome was unclear. Overall it was still a good interview experience and useful exposure to the expectations of the role.
