Interview
I received a call from HR confirming my application and answered a few cursory questions about my resume. They emailed a link to a 15 questions, 30min recorded video interview. Records a 90sec response to questions.
First-round Zoom calls assess candidates’ roles and fit. In the second round, candidates visit the office to gauge how well they integrate with the team and the work environment. Also, introduce office team members and routine day-to-day.

Interview
Pretty simple and easy. I had three interviews. One was a video submission, the second was a one on one presentation and last was with the president. Not hard at all. Everyone was friendly.
