Applied online. Was contact for short phone interview. Than had Skype interview with owner. In the office. Met a few people who worked there who also asked and answered questions.

It was a great process. From the phone interview selection all the way through the in person interview . The owner was very positive and gave great feedback to me. The position was clearly presented to me during the interview process.
