      Product Owner Interview

      30 Apr 2019
      Anonymous interview candidate
      Paris
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Europcar (Paris) in Mar 2019

      Interview

I had a face to face interview without passing through a phone one. The interviewer was all over the place: coming late to our meeting, no meeting room booked in advance so we had to spend time looking for a potentially available one. I was asked a lot of of questions prepared in advance but the interviewer did not pay attention to my answers. At the end I was asked why should I be hired and when my answer was "for all the reasons I have already provided you with" the interviewer was totally puzzled looking through the notes taken. If this is how they prepare and treat their potential employees, I wonder how their actual employees are being treated there.
