I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Euronet (Leawood, KS) in Aug 2017
Interview
The recruiting and interview process is horrendous. 3 interviews over 2 months, and no contact with Recruiter in-between interviews. Interview Teams were unprepared and even made statements of they did not know about the interview until 30 minutes before it was to occur, but has been scheduled for several days.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Euronet in Jun 2024
Interview
I had high hopes for this company. But my experience was very disappointing. The entire interview process was poorly organized. It was very confusing and frustrating.
I tried to clarify some points and share my expectations, but my requests were mostly ignored. This made me question the company’s respect to its candidates. The worst part is that they won't stop talking about how they values their candidates, which is all lies.
Additionally, the hiring process was very slow. I waited a long time for updates, and in the end, they did not get back to me after I made inquiries about the job offer. This felt unprofessional and left me feeling undervalued.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. They need to improve their organization and respect for candidates.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Euronet (Karāchi)
Interview
A preliminary phone interview: Interviewers conduct a preliminary phone interview to understand whether a candidate possesses the required skills for the job. This can save time and effort spent on interviewing all candidates face to face and help streamline the pool.
An appropriate skill test: A skill test is a good way to determine whether candidates can perform a job efficiently. There may be different kinds of skill tests to evaluate your personality or your suitability for a role.
An in-person interview: To get an in-depth understanding of a person's background and abilities, interviewers often have to conduct an in-person interview. Interviewers can also inform the candidates about the work style and culture followed by the organisation or company.
A group panel interview: In this stage, the panel may be comprised of people with different areas of expertise. Each panel member may ask you questions pertaining to a particular domain.
Presentations: Interviewers can also ask candidates to prepare a slideshow, video or physical presentation that best illustrates their skills and abilities.
